When getting on your bus, ask the driver for the Mount Folly stop and you will be dropped off right outside our building. There are direct buses into Bodmin from Padstow and Wadebridge, St Austell and Liskeard and plenty of connecting services to get here too.
Follow the brown visitor signs and the “i” symbol and Shire Hall. We are situated directly in the town centre on Mount Folly. For satellite navigation systems use the postcode PL31 2DQ.
We are on the Sustrans Route 3 cycle trail and a short distance from the end of the Camel Trail. There are plenty of bicycle racks on Mount Folly, directly in front of our building.
Bodmin Information Centre is situated in the Shire Hall, a Grade II* Listed building, in the centre of Bodmin. The Shire Hall was the former county court of Cornwall and when you visit us you will be able to see many of the original features of the building from its day as a working court. If you are planning a visit, you might like to read our access statement or if you have any particular requests please feel free to contact us.
With such beautiful countryside all around us, Bodmin Information Centre aims to practice as sustainably as possible. Have a look at our environmental policy to see what we do.
We also know that you want to have the best holiday possible but there are just a few little things that you can do. They say every little helps!
