Please Note:

For some functions a refundable deposit of £100.00 may be required to cover the possibility of damage to the room and is payable on the confirmation of the booking. This deposit will be in addition to the hire charge, which must be paid 14 days in advance. All deposits are banked on receipt and all refunds made by cheque
