Parties, Dances and some other function:
For some functions a refundable deposit of £100.00 may be required to cover the possibility of damage to the room and is payable on the confirmation of the booking. This deposit will be in addition to the hire charge, which must be paid 14 days in advance. All deposits are banked on receipt and all refunds made by cheque.

Please note that we cannot provide in-house catering facilities for the Public Rooms. Registered Outside Caterers are admissible however. 50/100 cups and saucers can be provided by request for use with small kitchen at a charge of £1.
