Parties, Dances and some other function:
For some functions a refundable deposit of £100.00 may be required to cover the possibility of damage to the room and is payable on the confirmation of the booking. This deposit will be in addition to the hire charge, which must be paid 14 days in advance. All deposits are banked on receipt and all refunds made by cheque.
You can hire a kettle and 50 cups for making tea/ coffee in each hall for a charge of £1.00, plus VAT. You must wash the dishes following your event. If the Council’s staff have to clean the area there will be a charge of £25.00.
