The Shire House Complex, Suite and Public Rooms can be hired to provide facilities for leisure, social and educational/training activities. The Shire House is also a licensed premises and can accommodate up to 200 people.

During 2006/2007 the venues were hired out for 1,667 meetings, functions and events to various community groups, statutory and voluntary bodies for a diverse range of activities including dance, judo, bingo and performances.
